Lost property
For all lost property enquiries, please use the form on our contact page. Include a detailed description of what you have lost and when. Please note that weekends are incredibly busy, so lost property requests are handled at the start of each week. If you require a quick response, we recommend coming down to the venue in the early evening to ask the staff onsite.
Guest List
If you don’t need a table or we are fully booked, we can put your name down on the guest list – this gives your group queue jump until 10pm. Please be aware that this does not give your group a reserved space or free entry. This is for a queue jump only. You can request guest list by using the bookings form on our website.
ID
Our venues operate a strict over 18s policy, so it is highly recommended you bring a valid form of photo ID. Failure to show ID when requested will result in refused entry.
Open Mic Night
We have an open mic night every Wednesday at Old St. Records, Venn St . Records & Northcote Records, where you can turn up & sign up on the night. Please see our What’s On page for full details.
Happy Hour
Our happy hour runs every day from 5pm – 8pm, with 2-4-1 on the same cocktail. The offer includes all cocktails from our menu.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, our venue is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Reservations
Our reservations line is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm. Booking requests will not be dealt with outside of these times. Please see here for all details for bookings & private hires.
Door Charges
There is a small cover charge on the door on weekends, starting at 9pm on a Friday (£5) and from 8pm on a Saturday (£5 before 10pm / £10 after 10pm). Please note it is cash only on the door. If you have a booking or guestlist, please make your guests aware of the door charges.
Set times
Set times for live music vary each evening. For specific set times, please call the reservations line on 020 3006 5911 or contact us on Facebook messenger Mon to Fri, 10am – 6pm.
Musicians
If you would like the opportunity to be added to our roster of regular bands, please email relevant links to IWannaPlay@rocketleisure.com for consideration. Please note, we only have cover bands play at our venues, and do not do one-off bookings.
The Café
The Old St. Records Café is adjoined onto the Old St. Records bar, and serves an all-day brunch and lunch menu, alongside hot, soft & alcoholic drinks.
Safe space policy
We are fully committed to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all our visitors and actively champions equal opportunities and diversity. If a member of staff or contractor is believed to be behaving in any way that makes someone feel uncomfortable, the Duty Manager will remove him/her from duty until the matter has been investigated and resolved. If another customer is believed to be behaving in such a way as to make others feel uncomfortable, the Duty Manager will investigate with the crowd control team and take appropriate action, removing the person concerned from the venue if necessary.
